About the Journal
The Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research (e-ISSN 3062-116X) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year (June and December). It focuses on high-quality and ethical research in the fields of gastronomy and tourism. The journal uses a "Double-Blind Peer Review" system. The evaluation process is conducted in a way that ensures the authors and reviewers never know each other's identities. Articles submitted to the journal should be sent via the article tracking system, adhering to the writing guidelines. Authors must provide a plagiarism report for submitted works. For evaluation, the similarity rate must not exceed 20%. The journal will only consider English-language publications, and there are no publication fees.
