About the Journal
Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research (e-ISSN 3062-116X) is a scientific refereed journal published twice a year. It includes qualified and ethical research on Gastronomy and Tourism. Our journal uses the “Double-Blind Refereeing” system. The evaluation process is carried out in such a way that the authors of the articles and the referees who supervise the articles never know each other’s identities. Articles to be submitted to the journal must be sent through the article tracking system in accordance with the writing rules. A plagiarism rate report must be obtained by the author of the studies to be sent to the journal. The similarity rate must not exceed 20% for the evaluation of the study. In our journal, publications in Turkish and English will be evaluated and no publication fee is charged.
