Aims & Scope
The Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research is an open-access, internationally peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year (in June and December). The journal aims to publish scientific articles written by leading experts in the fields of gastronomy and tourism. The Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research is designed to explore the future of gastronomy and tourism and to provide answers to emerging issues.
Our goal is to develop and plan the theoretical and methodological foundations of gastronomy and tourism.
