The Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research (e-ISSN 3062-116X) is an open-access, internationally peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year (in June and December). The journal aims to publish scientific articles written by leading experts in the fields of gastronomy and tourism. The Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research is designed to explore the future of gastronomy and tourism and provide solutions to related issues.
Our goal is to plan and develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of gastronomy and tourism.
