Writing Rules

The Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research is a biannual journal where articles in both Turkish and English are evaluated by expert reviewers in the relevant field. To be accepted for publication in the journal, the articles must not have been previously published elsewhere. The articles submitted to the journal are first reviewed by the editorial board for content. All articles are evaluated by two (blind) reviewers, and if necessary, a third reviewer will be consulted. Authors are required to make the necessary revisions requested by the reviewers.

The following points should be considered when submitting articles to our journal:

  1. A cover page should be created with the full name(s) and academic title(s) of the author(s), the mailing address(es) of the corresponding author(s), work/cell phone number(s), email address(es), and ORCID ID number(s).
  2. The reference format used should be APA (American Psychological Association) Style 7th Edition.
  3. Articles should be submitted according to the writing template. Articles that do not comply with the template will be returned.
  4. Author(s) identifying information should not be included in the manuscript.

The similarity report of the work should be sent to the email address editor@josgat.com.
