Writing Rules
Journal of Sustainable Gastronomy and Tourism Research is a journal published every six months, where Turkish and English articles are evaluated by expert referees in the field. In order for the evaluated articles to be accepted for publication in the journal, it is required that they have not been published anywhere before. The articles sent to our journal are first examined by the editorial board in terms of content and style. All articles are evaluated by two (blind) referees and sent to a third referee if deemed necessary. Authors are responsible for making the necessary corrections requested by the referees.
The following should be taken into consideration in the studies sent to our journal:
1. A cover page should be created and the full name and institutional titles of the author(s), the mailing address(es) of the corresponding author(s), work/mobile phone number(s), e-mail address(es) and ORCID id numbers should be written here.
2. The format used for referencing is APA (American Psychological Association) Style 7th Edition.
3. Studies should be sent in accordance with the writing template. Works that do not comply with the writing template will be returned.
4. Works should not include any information identifying the author(s).
5. Works that are accepted must sign and submit the copyright transfer form.
